After receiving his M.F.A. from the Rhode Island School of Design he has been a full time studio potter in the small mountain community of Loafer’s Glory for 27 years.
The colors of the rainforest, tropical flowers and coral reefs of Central America highly influence his work. He is also one of the few potters in the area who use the time consuming and fragile technique of a real wood fire kiln.
